Beyonce and her philanthropic company, BeyGOOD Foundation and NAACP have teamed up to present The Black-Owned Small Business Impact Fund, offering $5,000 grants to help support businesses in Houston, Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles and Minneapolis during the coronavirus crisis.

The BeyGOOD Impact Fund will provide one hundred grants of up to $5,000 each to families who are behind on their mortgage or rent payments,” reads the NAACP website where applications are now available.

The nonprofit organization announced the housing assistance for families initiative in December on its Instagram page.

Last year, Beyoncé launched the BeyGOOD Small Business Impact Fund to help those struggling during the pandemic. The organization has helped support 715 black-owned small businesses.
