Scholarships For Students
Admittedly, doctoral scholarships are less common than undergraduate scholarships. Doctoral students rely heavily on scholarships for students or assistance – especially in areas with high needs such as nursing or teaching – but these are not available to everyone and do not always cover a doctoral student’s living expenses.
Fortunately, a number of scholarships for students providers are ready to help PhD students finish the final leg of their educational journey by providing a little extra funding. Consider all of the options you are already considering in funding your undergraduate degree (essay scholarships, merit-based scholarship, student- and profession-specific scholarships, etc.) but broaden your search for organizations and funding opportunities.
